Jo catered for a family event of 30 where I wanted the menu to be totally vegan. My family are life long carnivores so we weren’t sure if it would be well received. Jo produced the most delicious array of healthy vegan mains and sweets which my family devoured and changed their perception that meat is a must in every meal. The dishes were beautifully prepared and displayed.
