Workshops, Cook Alongs & Small Group Programmes

Join me for one of my nutrition and cooking demonstration workshops, cook alongs, or small group programmes to learn, great recipes and gain confidence in the kitchen and deepen your knowledge of whole food eating principles. For latest dates see my Workshops page.

Private Cook Along & Fridge Fill

Join me for a 2-3 hour bespoke cookery session in my home. Learn to cook pre selected recipes and either sit down for dinner to enjoy together with friends and family, or have a batch of food to take home and fill your fridge or freezer. Bespoke Retreat Catering

Contact me regarding your bespoke catering requirements for your day retreats. All recipes are plant based, refined sugar free, gluten free and mostly dairy free. Food will be prepared in advance and delivered, served and cleared. I will also provide some recipies, an explaination of the menu and nutrition Q&A session for your guests. Personal Food Diary Review & Consultation

Initial Consultation
1 hour face to face or zoom consultation where your pre submitted food diary will be reviewed and advice given on where to make simple changes and swaps for better health and sustainable change.  Appropriate meal ideas and recipes shared as well as suitable products recommended. Optional Follow-up Consultation
30 min follow up for further advice and discussion on how changes have been implemented and subsequent results.

Malaysian Curry with Quinoa Coriander Flatbreads

It was excellent. Really fab! Professional, friendly, exactly the right pace. Loads of tips and I think I know everything about curries! Really learnt a lot – was fun and tasted just absoltuely fabulous, even to my carnivore boys in the family. A great morning and I really feel I have learned a lot!
