Join me for a personalised cooking session to learn some important cooking skills, gain kitchen confidence, nutrition knowledge and learn quick and easy healthy student freindly recipes for breakfast, lunch, snacks or dinner.

Guests watched as Jo and Kelly demonstrated making this hearty Lentil Bolognese with some joining in, having Friday night dinner ready early!

Online Recipe Demo with Optional Cook Along

Guests joined Jo and Kelly to make a Salted Caramel Cheesecake in the next lockdown recipe demo and cook along.

Jo and Kelly demonstrated how to make this delicious and creamy vegan and nut free Salted Caramel Cheesecake while guests watched online and some joined in.

It was such fun doing the cooking – everything was explained really well, with lots of nutritional tips mixed in too – we didn’t move on until everyone had finished each step so there was no danger of feeling out of your depth.

And the resulting meal was simply excellent!

Jo and Kelly brought back their lockdown Online Recipe Demo and Optional Cook Along.

Guests joined Jo and Kelly as they demonstrated how to make a spicy Cuban Jackfruit Jambalaya.  Some watched while others enjoyed the full immersive experience and cooked along.

Such a fun morning learning how to cook jackfruit jambalaya and the outcome was a delicious healthy meal which the family ate for dinner. Even my husband who is a carnivore loved it and had 3 helpings! Thank you Jo and Kelly. Can’t wait for the next one.

'Eating for Hormone Health'

Guests joined Jo and Kelly for the start of their ‘Eating for Hormone Health’ online workshop series to explore how their diet impacts their hormones.

Hormones are extremely important chemical messengers that have a profound impact on our physical, mental and emotional health, yet many of us feel we are on a hormonal roller-coaster affecting our appetites, weight, mood and many other things.

Participants learnt how a nutritious diet and healthy lifestyle can help to improve your hormone health and allow you to feel your best in the first session of this online workshop series, the first of its kind.

  • Session 3: Cook Along

Educational, inspiring and fun to watch and join in. Jo and Kelly are a dynamic duo. Even if cooking from scratch scares you to death, these two make it look so easy, sharing hints and tips including a full workbook crammed with recipes and instructions to follow along. Being an online offering also means you can also watch the recordings back and cook along whenever you have time or as a refresher if you forget anything later.

So far I have cooked the superseed bread, it is scrumptous, morish and freezable. Brilliant. Thank you both very much!

Jo and Kelly ran their ‘Eating for Inflammation’ workshop and showed participants how an anti-inflammatory diet can help to reduce pain and the risk of chronic disease.

This workshop taught attendees experiencing inflammation what to eat, what to avoid, and how to incorporate these nutrients into delicious dishes.

Jo and Kelly ran their Festive Seasonal Workshops and introduced participants to some plant-based seasonal alternatives for the festive season.

This Simple Meals for Better Health Christmas Special was a demonstration and tasting workshop which introduced the attendees to nutrient-dense, plant-based, whole-food dishes to give you some festive inspiration. All dishes were gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free and delicious!

'Raw Chocolate & Essential Oils'

Jo and Clare ran a hands on, practical ‘Raw Chocolate & Essential Oils’ Workshop.

This workshop gave the opportunity to understand a bit more about Essential Oils, using them in food and how they can benefit us in this way.

Participants were then taught how to make raw chocolate, and given the opportunity to make some themselves to take home, using the oils for flavour.

'Vegan Kitchen'

Jo and Kelly ran their ‘Vegan Kitchen’  Workshop and introduced attendees to new delicious & nutritious dishes! This was not just for Vegans!

Participants learnt how to substitute out non-vegan ingredients from their everyday recipes. They were taught how to identify everything from Aquafaba to Ackee and how to include them in the perfect vegan dish., as well as how to bake and bind without egg and how to make dairy free creamy sauces.

Jo and Kelly ran their ‘Simple Meals for Better Health’ workshops with demonstrations and tasting sessions.

Over the 6 weeks they will provided ideas for breakfast, savoury snacks, lunch, sweet treats dinner and deserts.  The demonstrations explored plant-based, nutrient dense wholefoods which are beneficial to overall health and wellbeing.

Participants were able to sample all the dishes and were encouraged to arrive hungry!
